2. Data and purpose

We process your name, phone number, selected car and approximate duration to respond, check availability and provide a quote or pre-contract information.

3. Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Recipients and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers necessary for the service and with WhatsApp when you voluntarily choose that channel. WhatsApp may process data outside the EEA.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for up to 12 months, unless a legal obligation or a need to handle claims requires longer. Contract data is retained for the relationship and statutory retention periods.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by writing to the email above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
