Terms of use and enquiries

Important: these terms govern site use and the initial enquiry. The full lease contract must set out driver requirements, deposit, insurance cover and excess, mileage, delivery and return, cancellation, vehicle condition and applicable jurisdiction before contract.

1. Information shown

The vehicles and prices shown are commercial references. Vehicle photographs are illustrative. Listed monthly prices include all taxes and basic insurance. Availability, the particular vehicle and final booking terms are confirmed in writing before a lease is entered into.

2. Minimum term, discount and delivery

The advertised minimum term is one month. Stays of six months or more may qualify for a discount, subject to vehicle and availability. Free delivery is included in South Tenerife. A discount is not confirmed until a written offer is issued.

3. Enquiries

A form, phone or WhatsApp enquiry does not create a booking or contract. A booking is confirmed only when both parties expressly agree to the applicable terms.

4. Site use

You must not use this site for unlawful activity, introduce malicious content or interfere with its operation.
